Breakfast was FREE and staff were friendly. Truly enjoyed the double room we had. Swimming pool was great too. This is a hotel go-to for South Yarmouth!

Parker river beach was placed just 1 mile from the hotel, suitable for us. Room met the criteria. We enjoyed staying at cape shore inn. The location was next to everything we wanted to do.
